    In brief

CSGOWIN blocked every request we sent it, from its terms page to its own logo file. Here is what its operator's own rebrand post and three independent reviewers say, and where those reviewers disagree with each other.

Every path we tried on csgowin.com was blocked

We requested csgowin.com's homepage, terms, privacy, fairness and about pages directly. Every single one returned the same result: an HTTP 403, with Cloudflare's own challenge page title, "Just a moment...", in the response body. We then tried a full headless Chromium browser instead of a bare request, in case the block only caught automated tools without a browser behind them. That attempt failed differently: the connection itself was reset before any page loaded, on 10 September 2026.

The block was not limited to pages that carry legal text. We also tried csgowin.com's own static asset paths, the kind of file that normally loads even when a page is gated: /favicon.svg, /logo.svg, /assets/logo.svg, /apple-touch-icon.png. Every one of those returned the identical 403. That is why this post carries no CSGOWIN logo of its own and no screenshot of the live site: there was nothing on the domain we could reach to capture.

Why a fully blocked domain matters

A terms page is where an operator names itself, its restricted countries and its licence. We could not read a single one of those from csgowin.com itself, on any attempt, on any path.

It used to be X.fun, and two reviewers disagree on when that changed

CSGOWIN was not always called that. Its own X account, @CSGOWincom, posted the change itself: "We're leveling up. [link] is now CSGOWIN. Same team. Same vision. A fresh name for what's next." We read that post directly rather than relying on someone else's description of it, and the post's own ID timestamps to 19 September 2025. The old domain, x.fun, still resolves today, but only to a parked, for-sale landing page, not to any gambling site.

Two independent reviewers name the same rebrand and land on different years for it. skinlords.com states: "Previously released as x.fun in 2024, the site rebranded to CSGOWIN.com in September 2025," which matches what we read on the operator's own account. fairness.gg instead states the platform "rebranded to csgowin.com in early 2026," while "keeping Anovos Ltd operation." We could not settle that conflict from csgowin.com's own pages, because none of them loaded for us. We are recording it rather than picking a side, though the date on the operator's own post lines up with the September 2025 account.

What three independent reviewers agree on, and where they split

With csgowin.com itself unreachable, the only detail we have on its ownership and licensing comes from three reviewers who evidently could get further in than we could: tested.gg, skinlords.com and fairness.gg. All three name the same operating company. skinlords.com is the most specific: "CSGOWin is owned and operated by ANOVOS LTD, which has a registered address at Voukourestiou, 25 Neptune House, 1st floor, Flat/Office 11 Zakaki, 3045, Limassol, Cyprus." fairness.gg adds a registration number for what it says is the same company: "Anovos Ltd (Cyprus registration ΗΕ 464153)." We could not verify that registration against a Cyprus company registry ourselves.

All three also agree there is no gambling licence. skinlords.com states plainly: "CSGOWin.com does not claim to have a gambling license for the gambling services it offers." fairness.gg goes further, describing the site as operating "without gambling licensing under sweepstakes model" and calling it an "unlicensed platform" with "zero regulatory oversight, no dispute arbitration." Where they split is on a fairness certification: tested.gg credits the site with a "Provably Fair Foundation Certification," while fairness.gg's own testing found the opposite, describing "provably fair cryptographic seeds per game without public independent audits" and naming no certification body at all.

    -YesNo

Yes marks a source stating the claim as fact, no marks a source stating the opposite, unknown marks a source that does not address it. All three name the same operator and agree no licence exists; they contradict each other on certification and on when the rebrand happened.

    What Trustpilot's pattern shows

csgowin.com carries a 3.2 TrustScore from 53 reviews. Its own contact information names "Canada" rather than Cyprus, and its own reply-rate figure reads "Replied to 21% of negative reviews." A five-star review dated 23 February 2026 praises the site directly: "played a lot and support team is awesome with great service! VERY fast withdrawals with little to no fees."

Set against that, a one-star review from 7 May 2026 makes a specific control claim: "The site has complete control over your wins and losses...the site has full control over your account and they'll make sure your overall PnL stays negative in the long run." A second one-star review, from 16 June 2026, calls the case-battle mode rigged outright: "100% scam site enemy teams pull last cases everytime this can be checked at the end of the battle they make it somehow you always lose." Neither claim is something SkinsVault has verified; both are what named Trustpilot reviewers say happened to them.

    What this adds up to

Confirmed directly, by us: csgowin.com blocks every request we send it, on every path we tried, including its own static assets. The domain was previously x.fun, which we confirmed is now a parking page rather than a live redirect. The operator's own X account posted the rebrand itself, in a post that dates to 19 September 2025.

Resting on third parties, not on anything we opened ourselves: the operating company, named as ANOVOS LTD in Cyprus by three separate reviewers who give two different specifics for it; the absence of a gambling licence; and a Trustpilot pattern of a small number of five-star reviews naming fast withdrawals against one-star reviews alleging outcome control and rigged battles.

Nothing here proves fraud, and nothing here clears CSGOWIN either. It means the one document that would actually settle ownership and licensing, csgowin.com's own terms, would not load for us on any attempt, on any day we tried. SkinsVault has not tested CSGOWIN, so nothing above is a first-hand account of using the site.

Four operators from our own ranked lineup, each reachable enough for us to read its own terms.

    Frequently asked questions

    Is CSGOWIN legit?
We cannot say that, and we are not saying it. What we can say is that every page we tried on csgowin.com, including its own logo file, returned the same block on every attempt. Three independent reviewers we could open name the same operating company and agree no gambling licence exists, which is a different thing from us confirming either claim ourselves.
    Is CSGOWIN licensed?
We could not read a licence claim on csgowin.com itself, because none of its pages loaded for us. Two independent reviewers, skinlords.com and fairness.gg, both state directly that no gambling licence is claimed, and fairness.gg describes the platform as operating on a sweepstakes model instead.
    Who owns CSGOWIN?
csgowin.com does not name an operator on any page we could open. Three reviewers we did open agree on ANOVOS LTD, a Cyprus-registered company; skinlords.com gives a Limassol street address for it and fairness.gg gives a separate registration number. We did not verify either detail against a company registry ourselves.
Is CSGOWIN the same as X.fun?
Yes, per the operator's own account. @CSGOWincom posted the rebrand directly, in a post we read ourselves that dates to 19 September 2025, reading in part: "is now CSGOWIN. Same team. Same vision." The old domain, x.fun, now redirects only to a parked, for-sale page. One reviewer, fairness.gg, dates the same rebrand to early 2026 instead, which we could not reconcile.
    Does CSGOWIN accept CS2 skins?
Per one reviewer we opened, no. tested.gg describes CSGOWIN as running exclusively on crypto, Ethereum, Litecoin, Solana and Tether, with no skin deposits or withdrawals at all. We could not confirm that against the operator's own site, since none of its pages loaded for us.
