DaddySkins' footer, terms and refund policy name MIXABIT LTD, HE 470887, and the Cyprus register confirms it: a private company registered on 5 February 2025, Active, with no annual return on file yet. The domain dates from October 2016 and the footer claims 2016, so eight years of operation belong to someone the site does not name. No licence appears on any page; the privacy policy refers to "our gaming license" without naming one.

DaddySkins runs at daddyskins.com, a single-page app whose pages load in the browser. Opened logged out on 17 September 2026, the homepage, the terms, the privacy policy, the refund policy, the contacts page, the FAQ and one case page all rendered.

The footer carries the operator: "MIXABIT LTD, ΗΕ 470887, Elettherias, 19 Lakatamia, 2312, Nicosia, Cyprus". The terms, the refund policy and the contacts page name the same company, number and address.

The daddyskins.com homepage on 17 September 2026, logged out: the top-hat skull mark, a live feed of case-battle drops, a Space Divers event banner with a countdown, four game tiles for Cases, Case Battles, Gunfights and Upgrade, and a banner offering 3 free cases to new users.
The daddyskins.com homepage, captured logged out on 17 September 2026 at 1440 pixels after dismissing the cookie notice. The 3 free cases banner at the bottom is the signup offer our directory describes; its conditions are not printed to a visitor.

The Cyprus Department of Registrar of Companies lists MIXABIT LTD as a private limited company, "Registration Date 05/02/2025", status Active, with one director and one secretary. No HE32 annual return is on file; one filing of other forms, ordered 14 July 2025, is still pending.

The registered office on the register is Angelou Terzaki 110B, Engomi, 2402 Nicosia. The site prints Elettherias 19, Lakatamia, 2312, spelt that way on every page. Both are in Nicosia district; they are not the same address.

A 2016 site, a 2025 company: eight years nobody accounts for

The .com registry dates daddyskins.com to 19 October 2016, and the footer reads "DADDYSKINS © 2016-2026". The privacy policy carries an effective date of 24 May 2018. The Trustpilot profile was claimed in June 2020.

The company every legal page names did not exist until 5 February 2025. Who ran the site for the eight years before that is on no page we opened. The privacy policy names no company at all; it calls the controller "DaddySkins".

The terms are dated "08/01/2025" with no month name. Read day-first, the format the Cyprus register uses, that is 8 January 2025, four weeks before MIXABIT LTD was registered. Read month-first it is 1 August 2025. The page does not say which.

The Internet Archive was offline for every request we made. archive.today holds a single capture of the site, a blog post from 22 October 2025, so no earlier footer could be read. The gap stays a gap.

No licence on any page, and a privacy policy that mentions one

We read the terms end to end, the privacy policy, the refund policy, the FAQ and the footer. None carries a gambling licence, a licence number or a regulator. The FAQ answers "Do you have a formal business entity registered?" with "Yes, we do." and nothing more.

The privacy policy, though, lists among its lawful bases "compliance with legal obligations, such as international AML/CTF laws and provisions of our gaming license". A licence is referred to; none is named, anywhere.

The terms define regulators as "public authorities of Cyprus" and bar residents of the FATF black and grey lists by name. Fiat deposits are refused from Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium, Slovakia, China, Singapore, Denmark, Sweden and Australia; cryptocurrency, the same clause says, is exempt.

    Licence search, 17 September 2026

Terms, privacy policy, refund policy, FAQ and footer: no licence number, no regulator, no authority named. The privacy policy refers to provisions of our gaming license. The footer's Cyprus company number is a company registration, and the register confirms it as exactly that.

Skill, chance, and a clause headed Prohibition of gambling

The definitions call the games "virtual games of chance and games of skill" and warn of "financial risk when playing for real money". A later section says every mode is "structured as games of skill" with outcomes resting on "decisions and strategies rather than chance".

The same document then carries a clause headed "Prohibition of gambling", forbidding use of the site in any way that violates laws against illegal gambling, and forbidding users from reselling withdrawn skins for anything of value.

The terms also refer six times to "Game Cases" as the service, a name that appears nowhere else on daddyskins.com. It reads as text carried over from another operator's document.

The Provably Fair link in the footer opens a sign-in prompt, not a method. The FAQ says a provably fair system exists and that giveaway draws follow it; a visitor cannot read how it works without an account.

Case battles key art from the SkinsVault library
Case Battles is one of the four modes the terms describe as structured as games of skill. The same document defines the games as games of chance and games of skill.

    Odds printed, price hidden

Each case page lists its contents with a chance and a winning-number range per item. The Heroic case shows 25 items whose printed odds sum to exactly 100%, from a Specialist Gloves Crimson Kimono at 0.02% to a Galil AR Chromatic Aberration at 30.23%.

What a logged-out visitor cannot see is the price to open it. The field rendered blank on both of our visits, under the line "You must log in to be able to Open cases and get your winnings chance". So the site's own numbers give the contents, but not the edge.

By arithmetic on the printed list, the expected value of one opening is 36.63 in the site's units, and 89.23% of openings land on an item priced 45 or under. Whether that is a good or bad case depends on a number the site withholds.

Bar is the printed chance, summed by price band, of the 25 items the Heroic case listed on 17 September 2026 (odds last updated 10 August 2026 per the page). Expected value by that list is 36.63 in the site's units. The last row is the number the site does not show a logged-out visitor.

Withdrawals: skins only, no cryptocurrency, and a 33% monthly fee

The terms are direct: "We do not allow user withdrawals of cryptocurrency. Users can only use their balances to exchange for skins." They add that skin withdrawals carry no commission, and that a user may have to pay the difference if a skin's market price has risen since it was won.

The FAQ says the opposite in one place, that depending on the asset you can "exchange, withdraw or cash-out it". The terms are the document the site calls legally binding; the FAQ is not one, and the terms say skins only.

The refund policy gives nothing back once any part of a balance has been used. An account suspended for more than 12 months can be charged an administration fee of 33% per month of its balance, and the company can close an account "without disbursing funds" on its own finding of fraud. Disputes go to binding arbitration in Cyprus.

We hold a SKINSVAULT code for DaddySkins and may earn a commission. The FAQ prints how that works: a promo code adds 5% cash back to each deposit for the user and pays the code's owner 2% to 7% of it. The promo-code page itself opens a sign-in prompt to a visitor.

One thing we observed without an explanation from the site: the live activity feed on the cases page loads avatar images from a folder named bots on api.daddyskins.com (images/avatars/bots/). Neither the terms nor the FAQ say what those entries are.

    What Trustpilot holds

Trustpilot scores DaddySkins 3.5 from 1,308 reviews on a profile claimed in June 2020: 58% five-star, 10% one-star, 26 reviews in the last 12 months. The company replies to 60% of negative reviews.

The profile's contact block gives the location as United Kingdom, not Cyprus. In a reply dated 9 April 2026 the company writes that the site "has been on the market for 10 years", which matches the domain and not the company.

The newest negative review, from 8 July 2026, describes Pick'em payouts refused on a multi-account finding the reviewer disputes. We cannot verify either side of it.

What we could confirm, and what we could not

Confirmed: the company on every page is real, Active, and registered in February 2025; no licence is named anywhere; withdrawals are skins only; the odds on a case are printed. Not confirmed: who ran the site from 2016 to 2025, which reading of the terms date is right, what the case costs to open, and how the fairness method works.

A single agent checked this page against its own draft. That is weaker than a second reader, and the sources below carry the sentence each claim rests on so anyone can re-check it.

    Frequently asked questions

    Is DaddySkins legit?
DaddySkins is a live case-opening, case-battle, gunfight and upgrade site whose footer, terms and refund policy name MIXABIT LTD, a real Cyprus company registered on 5 February 2025 and listed as Active. No gambling licence or regulator appears on any page we opened on 17 September 2026. The site has run since October 2016, and no page names who operated it before the 2025 company. That is a real operator with a short paper trail and an unexplained past, not a confirmed scam and not a licensed one.
    Is DaddySkins licensed?
Not that we could find. We read the terms, the privacy policy, the refund policy, the FAQ and the footer on 17 September 2026, and none carries a gambling licence, a licence number or a regulator. The privacy policy refers in passing to provisions of our gaming license without naming one. The Cyprus company number in the footer is a company registration, which the register confirms; it is not a gambling licence.
    Who owns DaddySkins?
The footer, terms, refund policy and contacts page name MIXABIT LTD, HE 470887, at Elettherias 19, Lakatamia, Nicosia. The Cyprus register lists that company as a private limited company, Active, registered on 5 February 2025, with one director and one secretary and a registered office at Angelou Terzaki 110B, Engomi. Shareholders are not shown on the public entry. The domain dates from 19 October 2016, and who ran the site before the company existed is on no page we opened.
Can you withdraw money from DaddySkins?
The terms say no cryptocurrency withdrawals are allowed and that balances can only be exchanged for skins, which the FAQ says arrive as trade offers, with no commission per the terms. The FAQ says in one place that an item can be cashed out, but the terms are the document the site calls legally binding, and they say skins only. Refunds are not given once any part of a balance has been used, and a user may have to pay the difference if a skin's market price rose after it was won.
What are the odds on DaddySkins cases?
Each case page prints every item with a chance and a winning-number range. The Heroic case lists 25 items whose odds sum to 100%, and by that list 89.23% of openings land on an item priced 45 or under, for an expected value of 36.63 in the site's units. The price to open rendered blank for a logged-out visitor, so the house edge cannot be computed from what a visitor sees.
Does the DaddySkins promo code work?
We hold a SKINSVAULT code for DaddySkins and may earn a commission if you use it. The FAQ prints the mechanic: a promo code gives the depositor 5% extra cash back on each deposit and pays the code owner 2% to 7% of the deposit. The promo-code page itself opens a sign-in prompt to a logged-out visitor, so we could not read the code's terms without an account.
