Provably-fair status, rails and founding years come from each site's own SkinsVault review. Partial in that column means the site runs provably fair on its own games but carries third-party games beside them that are not verifiable that way. Ratings are deliberately not in this table: every affiliate site publishes a 4.x out of 5 and it tells you nothing. Rows 1 to 10 are our ranking, each scored against our published method. Rows 11 to 21 issued us a code but have not been scored: outline button, no rail chips, "Not checked" under provably fair, and ordered by what we earn rather than by merit.

How we rank case opening sites
Case opening sites operate differently from standard CS2 gambling: they buy skin cases (either the official Valve cases or custom-house cases) and let users open them for a fee. The expected return-to-player (RTP) varies wildly, official Valve cases on Steam have a documented ~60% RTP for typical play, while well-run third-party sites can offer 70-80%. We rank on RTP transparency (sites that publish odds score higher), case variety (depth of unique items, not just duplicate cheap cases), provably-fair verification availability, and minimum case price to access good content.
