Every "unknown" here is a page that would not load for us, not a claim either way. Trustpilot is the only source in this table we could open and read ourselves.
Three facts confirmed through Trustpilot's own claimed-profile page, against four questions only Hellcase's own site could settle, and it would not load for us.
We tried to open Hellcase's terms of service, privacy policy, fairness page and rules page directly, plus its own blog post about its legitimacy.
None of them loaded. Every request returned Cloudflare's "Just a moment..." interstitial, the same result whether we used a direct request or a full headless browser.
One static file did load without issue: a small brand-mark image, which confirms the domain itself is live even though its content pages are not reachable from here.
We also tried the Internet Archive as a fallback. Our checking environment could not reach archive.org either, so no archived copy of Hellcase's terms was available to substitute.
What zero pages loaded means
A reachable site with unreadable terms is not the same as a dead site. It means we could not confirm Hellcase's own withdrawal rules, licence claim or dispute process from here.
With Hellcase's own site unreadable, the only primary source left was its claimed Trustpilot profile, which a company fills in and can update itself.
On that profile, Hellcase describes itself as "the world's leading and most trusted platforms for CS2 case openings, boasting more than 15 million users globally and serving their needs since 2015."
The same listing gives a Singapore address and classifies the business as a "Gaming service Provider" and "Video Game Store," not as gambling or betting.
None of this is independently confirmed. It is Hellcase's own claim, filed with a third party, not something we read on hellcase.com itself.
The question worth answering was whether Hellcase publishes odds or RTP for its cases. We could not answer it directly.
Its fairness and provably-fair pages returned the same block as everything else on the domain, so no figure could be read at the source.
Several independent reviewers describe estimated return rates for Hellcase, and they do not agree with each other. We did not open those pages ourselves, so no number from them appears here.
We also searched public Curaçao licensing sources for hellcase.com and found no listing. That shows no match in the places we looked, not proof that no licence exists anywhere.
Trustpilot's own breakdown for Hellcase shows 67% five-star ratings against 24% one-star, with withdrawal difficulties, unexpected account blocks and inflated item prices named repeatedly in the one-star reviews.
None of Hellcase's own figures could be confirmed at the source, so here are four case-opening and skin sites where we do have our own stopwatched withdrawal data instead.
Hellcase is a real, active site. A version string in its own page code referenced a build dated one day before this check, and its static assets loaded normally.
