Is GGSkins Legit? All the Required Licences, None Named

The footer names a company, and the Cyprus register confirms it

GGSkins runs at ggskins.com, a single-page app behind a Cloudflare challenge. Opened in a real browser on 18 September 2026, logged out, the homepage, terms, privacy policy, AML policy, rewards page and one case page all rendered.

The footer carries the operator in square brackets: "[GGSkins is Operated by Echozen LTD, Registration No. HE463079, Having its registered address at 25 Neptune House, 1st Floor, Flat/Office 1 Zakaki, 3045, Limassol, Cyprus.]". The AML policy repeats it, brackets included.

The Cyprus Department of Registrar of Companies lists ECHOZEN LTD, HE 463079, as a private limited company, "Registration Date 21/07/2024", status Active. One director and a corporate secretary are named. No HE32 annual return is on file, and the file was last updated on 23 July 2024.

The registered office on the register is Voukourestiou 25, Neptune House, Floor 1, Flat/Office 11, Zakaki, 3045 Limassol. The site prints Flat/Office 1. Same building, one digit apart; the register's own words are the ones that count.

The homepage says "Established in 2025" and the footer reads "© 2025 GGSkins". The .com registry dates the current registration of ggskins.com to 27 July 2017, behind a GoDaddy privacy proxy.

The Wayback Machine fills in what the site does not. A "Coming Soon" placeholder in June 2016. A NameBright "ggskins.com is coming soon" parking page on 29 March 2023, and the same page on 30 May 2024.

Echozen Ltd was registered seven weeks after that last parking capture. The first archived page titled GGSkins is from 3 December 2024. The first Trustpilot review is dated 29 May 2025. So the site's 2025 date fits; the company is a year older than the brand.

Our own directory copy called GGSkins "also known as GGCases". The string ggcases appears nowhere on the pages we opened or in the site's code bundle, and ggcases.com did not answer a request on 18 September 2026. We no longer use that alias.

The homepage's own copy: "GGSkins has all the required licences to operate, providing our users with a legitimate, professional and safe platform". That sentence is the whole licensing statement on the pages we opened. It names no licence, no number and no regulator.

We read the terms end to end, the privacy policy, the AML policy and the footer. None names a gambling licence. The only use of the word in the terms is "the rightful licensee of the rights to the technology", which is about software.

The terms say the company is "registered under the laws of Limassol, Cyprus". Limassol is a city. The privacy policy says "registered in accordance with Limassol, Cyprus". A company registration is what the Cyprus register confirms; it is not a licence.

The terms are "governed by the laws of Curacao", so we read the Curaçao Gaming Authority's online gaming licence registry, last updated 16 September 2026: 663 numbered licences, each with a licensee company. Neither Echozen nor GGSkins appears. The registry lists companies, not domains.

Cyprus's National Betting Authority keeps a Class B register of online licensees: 13 names, all betting brands on .com.cy domains. Echozen is not among them. Our directory copy calling GGSkins a licensed operator has no source we could find, and we will correct it.

The terms carry no date. They read as a casino template with the operator's name pasted in, 71 times. Clause 15.2 says "Echozen LTD is the uniform resource locator of the Website", a sentence that only makes sense if a URL was meant to go there.

Clause 2.4.11 says the software "is owned by Bettor Media Ltd. or other third Parties". That is a different company from the operator. No page explains the relationship, and we did not try to resolve it.

Section 9 forbids "chip dumping and transfer, discussing a hand during play" and "poker play through a third party". GGSkins runs cases, battles and an upgrader. There is no poker on the site.

Residents of Curaçao are barred from registering, in clauses 2.1.2 and 2.4.4. Clause 14.5 then puts every dispute before "the jurisdiction of the Curacao courts". The document excludes the country whose courts it chooses.

Clause 4.4 is the one third-party reviews quote as a $500 minimum: "The minimum you will be able to withdraw shall never be below $500 worth of Skins during any single calendar week." Read as written, it is a floor on a weekly rate limit, not a minimum per withdrawal. The page does not say which it means.

Withdrawals are capped by KYC tier in "Coins" per 24 hours, from 1,000 with no ID to 150,000 with proof of address. Wins above 15,000 coins can be paid in daily instalments; the daily winning cap is 100,000 coins. No page we opened defines a coin.

The AML policy says the site follows "the data protection directive (officially Directive 95/46/EC)". EUR-Lex lists that directive as "No longer in force, Date of end of validity: 24/05/2018", repealed by the GDPR.

Unlike several operators in this series, GGSkins shows a logged-out visitor both the price and the odds. The CS:GO Weapon Case 3 page prints "Box Price: $4.26" and 22 items with a percentage each. The percentages sum to exactly 100%.

By arithmetic on that list, the expected value of one opening is $3.79 against a $4.26 price, a house edge of 11.0%. Four items priced $1.06 or under carry 71.52% of the odds between them. The ten knives share 0.66%.

A Fairness button on the same page opens a Provably Fair panel to a visitor. It describes a server seed, a client seed, an EOS hash on battles and a nonce, and shows a hashed server seed. It does not print the formula that turns those into a result.

The site's counters, on 18 September 2026 at about 11:00 UTC, read "2 641 007 Users", "10 Online" and "1 098 294 Cases opened". We record the numbers as printed. Ten people online against 2.6 million users is the site's own arithmetic, not ours.

Trustpilot scores GGSkins 2.5 from 7 reviews on an unclaimed profile: two five-star from May 2025, five one-star since June 2025. The profile lists the location as United States, not Cyprus. The profile shows no company responses.

The one-star reviews describe an account blocked after a large win, funds that vanished on a withdrawal request, 5 free cases that never appeared after signup, and a support inbox that does not answer. We cannot verify any of them, and they are not resolved on the profile.

The newest, dated 17 September 2026, reads "their support system is null and void". The AML policy gives support@ggskins.com as the only contact for AML complaints; the terms give the same address for all complaints.

Confirmed: the company on every legal page is real, Active and registered in July 2024; case odds and prices are printed; no licence is named on any page, and neither Curaçao's nor Cyprus's public register lists one. Not confirmed: whether any licence exists elsewhere, what a coin is worth, what the 5 free cases require, and any of the Trustpilot accounts.
