Automatically Collected Information

When you visit our Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device:

• IP address and browser type
• Operating system and device information
• Pages visited, time spent on pages, and links clicked
• Referring website or application
• Date and time stamps of your visit

Affiliate Link Data

When you click on affiliate links to third-party platforms (Clash.gg, Cases.gg, CSGOEmpire, etc.), we may track that you clicked through our site. This helps us understand which platforms are most popular and earn affiliate commissions at no extra cost to you.

Cookies

This site sets two kinds of cookie. Google Analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_*) tell one visit from the next when we count readers. The Reddit Pixel cookie (_rdt_uuid) tells Reddit whether someone who saw or clicked one of our Reddit ads went on to visit or click through to a site, so we can see which ads work. If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland both are off until you press Accept on the cookie card; elsewhere they are on unless you press Decline. Your answer is kept in your browser's local storage and you can change it by clearing that storage.

What We Store On Your Device

Up to three values in your browser's local storage, all of them set by something you did, all readable only by this site:

• skinsvault.locale — the language you picked
• skinsvault_theme — your display preference
• skinsvault_internal — only if you opened a link ending in ?sv_internal=1. It marks this browser as ours so our own testing stays out of our click stats. Opening ?sv_internal=0 removes it.
• skinsvault_cookie_consent — your answer on the cookie card, so we do not ask again.

None of them identifies you, none of them is sent anywhere, and clearing your browser storage removes them.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 and Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages people read. Vercel's is cookieless. Google's uses the cookies described above once you have accepted them; without consent it still counts the page view, but without a cookie, so it cannot tell whether two visits came from the same browser. Neither builds an advertising profile of you.

Reddit Pixel

We advertise on Reddit, and the Reddit Pixel reports two things back to Reddit: that a page on this site was visited, and that a Claim button was clicked. Reddit uses that to measure our ads and to show them to people more likely to find them useful. It runs under Reddit's own privacy policy. It does not load until you accept in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, and not at all if you press Decline.

Affiliate Clicks

When you click a Claim button we record that the click happened: which brand, which page and placement it came from, the country and device type your browser reports, and a random identifier for that one click. We keep it so we can tell which of our pages are useful. It is not tied to a profile and nothing about it is stored on your device. Once you land on the operator's own site you are on their terms and their privacy policy, not ours.

Turning Analytics Off

Press Decline on the cookie card, or use any content blocker or browser tracking protection, which will stop the analytics scripts and the Reddit Pixel loading. The site works exactly the same without them.

Affiliate Partners

Our Site contains affiliate links to third-party gaming platforms (Clash.gg, Cases.gg, Howl.gg, CSGOLuck). When you click these links, you may be redirected to their websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party sites. We encourage you to read their privacy policies.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information with:

• Service providers who assist in operating our website (e.g., hosting, analytics)
• Law enforcement or regulatory bodies when required by law
• Business partners for affiliate tracking purposes (anonymized data only)
