Best CS2 Gambling Sites for US Players (2026)

13 sites loaded from a US connection.

How we tested, and the nine states that matter

We opened every site below from an AT&T connection in Indianapolis, Indiana on 2026-09-03 and recorded what happened. Three of them also publish the states they will not serve; only CA, CT, ID, MI, MT, NJ, NV, NY, WA are excluded anywhere on this page. The rest load from the US but say nothing about states, and silence is not permission.

This is not legal advice: rules differ by state, an operator can change a clause the day after we read it, and you should confirm your own eligibility and age before depositing.

“We offer our Services in the United States, with the exception of the states of Idaho, Montanta, Michigan, Nevada and Washington state.” Clash.gg terms of service, seen 2026-09-03. Their own two documents disagree. The terms exclude five states; the sweepstakes rules exclude four, leaving Montana out. We list the wider of the two. In New York and Florida the rules cap redemption at $5,000 per play.

    In brief

We opened every site on our list from a US connection and wrote down what happened. Thirteen let us in, three refused outright, and three publish the states they will not serve. Pick your state and see which are open to you.

We tested this from inside the United States

Most pages about US access are written from a terms of service. This one was written from a browser: every site below was opened from an AT&T connection in Indianapolis on 3 September 2026, and what came back is what is recorded. Thirteen loaded normally. Three refused outright, in their own words.

Reading the terms afterwards mattered too, because loading is not the same as being allowed. Three sites publish a list of US states they will not serve, and those lists differ from each other.

    Three refused us on sight

500.Casino returns a sentence instead of a site: "It appears that you are located in US and due to Gambling Regulations the domain does not accept gambling from your country." Howl.gg replaces its games with "This game is not available in United States. Please disable your VPN." Gamdom says simply that it is not available in your country.

A VPN gets you past all three, and it is the worst move available. The block is barely enforced at sign-up. It is enforced at withdrawal, when identity checks run and the balance you have built is already sitting on the wrong side of a clause you agreed to.

The sweepstakes sites publish their state lists

Three sites run a sweepstakes rather than direct cash wagering, which is what makes them lawful in most states, and all three name the states they exclude. The lists are not the same, which is the whole reason the tool above exists.

Clash.gg is the clearest example of why summaries are not enough. Its terms of service say the service is offered in the United States "with the exception of the states of Idaho, Montanta, Michigan, Nevada and Washington state", the misspelling theirs. Its sweepstakes rules, a separate document on the same site, name only Idaho, Michigan, Nevada and Washington, leaving Montana out. We list the wider of the two, because the narrower one is not the document you would be judged against.

Their rules also cap redemption at $5,000 for any single play in New York and Florida, and reduce anything above that to $5,000. Cases.gg excludes four states. SkinRave excludes nine, and is the only one of the three that names California and New York.

Loading is not the same as permission

The other ten sites let us in and say nothing about US states at all. That silence is not permission. It means nobody has written down where they will and will not pay out, and you find out at withdrawal rather than at sign-up. They are listed because the honest answer is "it loaded", not because we can tell you it is cleared for your state.

One site we could not test: OPcases answered with a Cloudflare bot check rather than the site, so we saw a security page instead of whatever a person from the US would get. That is a failed test, not a block, and it is listed as one.

    How US players deposit

Cryptocurrency is the most widely accepted route, usually Bitcoin, Ethereum or USDT. CS2 skins work on the sites built around them. The sweepstakes sites additionally take ordinary card payments, because buying a promotional currency is not a gambling deposit.

    This is not legal advice

Sweepstakes and gambling law differs by state and changes, and an operator can rewrite a clause the day after we read it. Every quote here carries the date we saw it and a link to the source, so you can check the current version yourself. Idaho, Michigan, Nevada and Washington are excluded on all three sweepstakes sites. Confirm that play is permitted where you live, that you meet the minimum age, and treat it as entertainment rather than income.
