Skinwaste is a CS2-native site, not a general crypto casino with a Counter-Strike sticker on it. Everything here is cases, battles and skins. Note the address first: skinwaste.com now 301-redirects to waste.gg, and the site brands itself "Skinwaste (waste.gg)" throughout. Same product, two names. Checked 6 August 2026.

What is worth reading closely is not the game list. It is the gap between what the front page sells you and what the terms say you are buying. Those two documents describe different products. SkinsVault has no relationship with Skinwaste, no code and no commission here. Skinwaste is not in our timed withdrawal tracker, which covers CSGORoll, Clash.gg, CSGOEmpire, Howl.gg and 500.Casino, so nothing on this page is a payout time we measured.

Who Runs It

The footer on every page states: "Waste.gg is owned and operated by WASTEIT LTD, having its registered address at 48 Themistokli Dervi, Office 306, 1066, Nicosia, Cyprus." The terms add that WASTEIT LTD is "a private limited liability company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus", and that Cyprus law applies.

That is a named company, which is worth something. It is also all you get. We found no company registration number published anywhere on the site, and no gambling licence of any kind. We read and searched the footer, terms, FAQ, provably fair page, AML policy, privacy policy and refund policy on 6 August 2026. The word "licence" appears twice, once about not transferring your account and once about the limited licence you get to use in-site credits. Neither is regulation.

What Skinwaste Offers

• Crusade, case battles in Normal, Crazy, Jackpot, Team, War, Group and Free-for-All variants, plus private battles by link.
• Card Cases, the standard opener, plus a Marketplace selling CS2 skins from Skindeck and Skinsback for delivery by Steam trade.
• Seven more original modes: Coinflip, EZ Jackpot, Lucky 14, Prisma Multiplier, Ultimate Dice, Towers and Twenty One, the last being blackjack with sidebets.
• Rewards, a free case every 24 hours, level cases unlocked by keys, rakeback claimable daily, weekly and monthly, promo codes, and Rain, a periodic coin drop requiring Level 5, a verified email and a deposit in the past 7 days.
• Affiliates, described in the FAQ as "Earn up to 12% from every bet your referred users make".

For a small site this is a broad, coherent product, documented rather than hidden. The Rain rule is the tell: a free reward you can only claim if you deposited in the last week is not free.

Money In, Money Out

The FAQ lists four deposit routes: crypto at 0% site fees, covering Bitcoin, Ethereum on ERC-20, Base, Arbitrum and BSC, Litecoin, Solana, XRP, BNB, Dogecoin, USDT, USDC, Polygon and SHIB; CS2 skins through Skinsback with a linked Steam account and trade URL; gift cards; and fiat by card, bank transfer and e-wallets. Minimum deposit is $5.

Out is narrower. Skins leave through the Marketplace, so you buy an item from Skindeck or Skinsback and it arrives as a Steam trade. Crypto withdrawals are limited to Litecoin, Ethereum on ERC-20 or Base, Bitcoin and Solana, minimum 15 coins, network fees deducted. KYC may be required for higher limits, and the site says it takes "15-30 minutes".

The refund policy states that "All purchases made on Skinwaste are final and non-refundable", allows discretionary refunds only for unused credits requested within 7 days, and warns that a chargeback lets the company suspend the account and forfeit its balance.

The terms describe a different site

Skinwaste's terms, last updated 21 January 2026, declare the platform "a promotional entertainment platform" that "does not offer: gambling, betting, wagering, casino games, lotteries, games of chance involving consideration". They state that "No element of the Platform requires a purchase, payment, or financial commitment in order to participate", that "Users do not deposit funds with the Company", and that Coins "cannot be purchased". In-site balances are "Virtual Units" that "do not constitute currency", carry "no right of redemption", and "may be revoked, adjusted, or eliminated at any time".

The front page of the same site says "Deposit with crypto or CS2 skins and withdraw instantly". The FAQ calls Tokens "the primary currency you purchase". The refund policy is entirely about purchases. This is a US-style sweepstakes wrapper over a site that plainly takes deposits, and the terms say which version wins: "In the event of any inconsistency between marketing materials and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail." They also route disputes to individual binding arbitration seated in New York, waive class actions, and cap liability at the greater of EUR 100 or rewards received in the prior year.

We are not saying the site will not pay you. We are saying its own governing document calls your balance a revocable licence rather than your money. Know that before you deposit.

Provably Fair

This part is done properly. The fairness page explains that outcomes combine a server seed with a future EOS block ID, publishes the seed hash and block number before the roll, reveals the seed afterwards, and ships the actual TypeScript for ticket generation and the deterministic shuffle, plus a validator and per-mode worked examples. The FAQ publishes house edge figures too: "Dice and Towers have a 3% edge (97% RTP), Twenty One has a 0.57% edge (99.43% RTP), and other modes vary." Those are the operator's numbers, not ours, and no per-case RTP is published.

What We Have Not Verified

• Licensing, none is stated anywhere and we found none.
• The company, WASTEIT LTD is named but no registration number is published, so we could not match it to a Cyprus filing.
• Payout speed and skin hold rate, Skinwaste is not in our tracker and we have not withdrawn from it. "Withdraw instantly" is the site's word, not a measurement.
• Case RTP, not published, so its cases cannot be compared against sites that publish theirs.
• Restricted countries, the terms name none. They say only that the platform is "void where prohibited by law" and that the company may designate restricted territories "at any time". Working out whether you are eligible is left to you.
• Everything behind registration, we did not open an account, so cashier limits and fees are unread.

Who Skinwaste Is Right For

Players who want case battles with unusual formats, who like the free case and rakeback loop, and who are depositing small amounts they are content to lose. The provably fair work is better than the category average. It is not where we would send anyone with a large inventory or a large first deposit. The operator disclosure is thin, no regulator stands behind it, and the terms disclaim the balance you are building.

Rating: 3.6 / 5. A genuinely CS2-native site with a real product, real fairness documentation and published edges on some modes, run by a named Cyprus company that publishes neither a registration number nor a licence, under terms describing a platform where you do not deposit and your balance is not yours. Fine for small, casual play. Read the terms first, because here they contradict the shop window and say they win.
