Chips.gg is a crypto casino with a large slot library, a set of in-house originals and a sportsbook attached. The footer names two companies and a licence. The operator is Notyarg Ltd, registration number 000041823, at 2118 Guava Street, Belama Phase 1, Belize City, Belize. Payments are handled separately by Byteshere Ltd, registration number HE 465412, at 25 Voukourestiou Street, Neptune House, Cyprus. An HE prefix is the Cyprus companies registry, so the money leg is a Cyprus entity and the gaming leg is a Belize one.
The licence, and why our own record was wrong
Chips.gg holds licence ALSI-192407025-FI2 from the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros. We had this site down as Curacao until we checked, which was wrong, and the distinction matters more than it looks: Anjouan is a newer and considerably lighter regime than Curacao's, with no published dispute process a player can escalate to. A licence number you can read is better than none at all, but this one buys you less than the label suggests.
What it publishes, which is more than most
The unusual thing about Chips.gg is that it prints a return-to-player figure against its games on its own front page rather than burying it. The figures visible there run from 94.9% to 97.5%. That is the operator's own published number and not one we reproduced, but a site willing to put a per-game RTP in public is doing something the majority of this directory does not.

Money in, money out
Eleven cryptocurrencies are listed, including SOL and TRX, which are the two cheapest rails on that list to move small amounts on. There is no fiat option and no skin deposit, so the account is crypto end to end. We have not timed a withdrawal here and we are not going to quote one: any payout figure on this page would be the operator's claim or our guess, and neither belongs in a column that elsewhere on this site means a check.
What we have not verified
Payout speed, because it carries no payout figure from us. The published RTP figures, because reproducing a slot RTP takes a sample size we have not run. Whether the Anjouan licence is current, because Anjouan's register is not straightforwardly searchable from outside. And the house edge on the originals, which we have not independently measured.
Who it suits
A crypto player who wants a broad casino and a sportsbook in one account, and who values a site that publishes RTP openly. It is a poor fit if you came for CS2: there are no skins here in any direction, and a CS2 player is better served by a site in this directory that actually takes and pays skins.
