Tradeit.gg Review
Instant skin-for-skin trading bot, turn unwanted drops into the skin you actually want.
The SkinsVault take
Tradeit specialises in bot-to-bot instant trading (you give 5 cheap skins, get 1 expensive one, no money changes hands). Useful when you want to consolidate inventory without selling for cash and re-buying.
Tradeit.gg Review 2026
Tradeit.gg is a bot-mediated skin trading site covering CS2, Rust and Team Fortress 2. You hand items to its bots, you take items out of its inventory, and cash only enters if you want it to. That shape is standard. What makes Tradeit worth reading closely is how much of its own machinery it publishes: a commission range in the terms, a fee band on instant sells, a named payout fee, a country list for bank transfers. Most trading sites publish none of that.
SkinsVault may earn a commission if you register through a link on this page. That changed nothing below it. Tradeit.gg is not in our timed withdrawal tracker, so nothing here is a payout speed we measured. Every fact below was read on the operator's own site, terms or help centre on 6 August 2026.
Who Runs It
Tradeit names two entities. Its terms of use and about page both list Tradeit.gg LLC at 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, DE 19958, United States, and TRADEITGG LTD at Nissi, 68 Agia Napa, Famagusta, Cyprus. The footer reads "© Tradeit.gg LLC 2017 - 2026" and the about page gives 2017 as the founding year.
We found no company registration number for either entity, and no gambling or financial licence is claimed. On a casino that absence would be the headline. Here it matters less, because a skin swap service is not running games of chance and has no gaming regulator to answer to in most jurisdictions. It does mean there is no supervising authority to escalate to. If a trade goes wrong your recourse is Tradeit's support desk, and for card funding, your payment provider.
The terms set a minimum age of 18 and exclude anyone "located, organized, or ordinarily resident in a sanctioned jurisdiction", naming Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Crimea, the DNR and LNR regions of Ukraine, Russia and Belarus.
What Tradeit.gg Offers
- Trade, the core product. Swap your items against the bot inventory, advertised on the trade page as "over 800,000 options".
- Store, buying skins outright with a cash balance instead of swapping.
- Sell, an instant sell to the platform rather than waiting for a buyer.
- Three games, CS2, Rust and Team Fortress 2. A standing help article asking when Dota 2 support returns reads as a game they no longer handle.
- Free tools, a CS2 float checker, Steam ID finder, inventory value calculator and server status page.
- LootBear, which the help centre says "has officially shut down and fully merged into Tradeit" on 10 June 2025. Items moved across, remaining balances did not.
Money In, Money Out
Funding is the least documented part of the site. The help article on adding balance says only to "choose your preferred payment method" and never lists them. We could confirm three things: charges are always in US dollars whatever currency the site displays, PayPal works indirectly via the Kinguin option with the caveat that "some countries may not be eligible", and crypto deposits exist.
Cashing out is documented properly. The help centre lists store balance as instant with no minimum and no fee, bank transfer at a $10 minimum with a 2% processing fee, and Bitcoin, Ethereum (ERC20), USDT (ERC20) and Solana at the same $10 minimum and 2% fee. Debit card payout is listed as coming soon. Bank payout covers the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Singapore, Mexico, Israel and the 27 EU member states, with the note that "non-US payouts may suffer some delays".
Timing is what people underestimate. Steam holds every CS2 trade for seven days, so sale revenue is not withdrawable immediately. Tradeit's own estimate is "on average 7 to 10 days from the sale, including the 7 day protection period". That delay is Valve's, not Tradeit's, but it applies to every cash exit here.
How Trades Work
An item-for-item trade is the default. You pick items from your Steam inventory and items from the bot inventory, and if your side is worth less, trade balance covers the gap. That balance is "a virtual currency you can use within the Tradeit platform", earned through challenges, top-ups or trading down. Accepting requires the Steam Guard mobile authenticator.
Pricing is where to slow down. Tradeit states that "our system autonomously determines all prices", weighing item type, condition, StatTrak, popularity and demand, then adds the line that matters: "we do not directly correlate our prices with those of other sites, including the Steam Market". The number on screen is Tradeit's valuation, not a Steam Market quote, and comparing the two before you commit is your job. If the bots hold too many of an item it shows as overstock, meaning "we already have too many of these items, so we are not accepting them at the moment".
On the take, the terms are unusually blunt: "Tradeit will receive a commission with respect to each particular case of exchange or purchase of Items, at a rate between 0 and 30% of the value of such Item." The terms do not say what sets your position in that band. For instant sells the help centre narrows it to a 5 to 20% platform fee already reflected in the price shown before you confirm. We did not execute a trade, so we cannot say where a given item lands.
Locked items sit in your Tradeit inventory until the lock expires. Steam's seven-day protection lets you revert a trade, and Tradeit is clear about the cost: reverting means "a 30-day trade ban" on Steam "in addition to a permanent ban on Tradeit". The sanctioned alternative is a refund, available if the item is still trade locked and the purchase was within 14 days, returning "exactly what you paid for the item". Message support before acting on Steam.
What We Have Not Verified
- Payout speed, Tradeit is not in our withdrawal tracker. The 7 to 10 day figure is Tradeit's estimate, not our measurement.
- The commission on a real trade, 0 to 30% is the band from the terms, not a rate we saw applied.
- Company registration numbers, neither entity is published with one.
- Deposit methods, not listed in text anywhere we looked, only US dollar billing, PayPal via Kinguin and crypto.
- Debit card payout, still listed as coming soon on 6 August 2026.
Who Tradeit.gg Is Right For
Someone consolidating an inventory rather than cashing it out. If you have five mid-tier skins you never use and want one you will, the bot model does that in minutes and no money moves. It is also reasonable if you are in a bank payout country and want a documented cash exit rather than a crypto-only one. It is a poor fit if speed of cash matters, because the seven-day Steam hold makes that impossible here.
SkinsVault Verdict
Rating: 4.4 / 5. One of the better documented trading sites in this directory, and documentation earns real points in a category where most operators publish a logo and nothing else. Named entities on two continents, an explicit commission clause, per-method payout fees, a country list, and an honest warning about Steam's revert mechanic all count in its favour. Against it: the width of that commission band, no registration number anywhere, and deposit rails you cannot see until you are inside the funding modal. Good for swapping, workable for selling if you accept the seven-day wait, and not a site anyone should rate on speed until it has been timed.
Why we don't push this site
SkinsVault makes money from affiliate commissions on the 12 partner sites we link to with the SKINSVAULT code. We don't have a deal with Tradeit.gg, so signing up there earns us nothing, and we have no incentive to push you toward it. We list Tradeit.gg because it's a real platform that's worth knowing about, not because we want your signup. If you want our full conversion treatment with bonus codes and payout-tested partners, see our ranked list.
Frequently asked
Tradeit.gg FAQ
What fee does Tradeit.gg charge on a trade?
Tradeit's terms of use state the platform takes a commission on every exchange or purchase "at a rate between 0 and 30% of the value of such Item". For instant sells the help centre is narrower, describing a 5 to 20% platform fee that is already built into the price you see before you confirm. The terms do not explain what determines your position in that range. We did not run a trade, so we cannot tell you what a specific item would cost you.
How long does it take to get cash out of Tradeit.gg?
Steam holds every CS2 trade for seven days under its trade protection system, so revenue from a sale is not withdrawable straight away. Tradeit's own help centre estimates "on average 7 to 10 days from the sale, including the 7 day protection period", with the worst case nearer 14 days once weekends and bank holidays are counted. That hold comes from Valve, not from Tradeit. SkinsVault has not timed a Tradeit payout, so this is the operator's figure and not our measurement.
Can I withdraw a trade-locked skin from Tradeit.gg?
No. Tradeit's help centre states you can withdraw items "only after the trade-lock period is over", after which you select them in your Tradeit inventory and send them back to Steam. Locked items stay parked in the Tradeit inventory until the timer runs out. If you bought the item and it is still locked, you are inside the window where a refund is possible instead.
Can a Tradeit.gg trade be cancelled or reversed?
Tradeit says it cannot undo a completed trade, because it is a real Steam transaction. Steam's own trade protection does let you revert a CS2 trade within seven days, but Tradeit warns that doing so results in "a 30-day trade ban" on your Steam account "in addition to a permanent ban on Tradeit". The supported route is a refund, available if the item is still trade locked in your Tradeit inventory and the purchase was made within the last 14 days, returning "exactly what you paid for the item". Contact their support before taking any action on Steam.
Which countries can withdraw to a bank account on Tradeit.gg?
Tradeit's help centre lists the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Singapore, Mexico, Israel and the 27 EU member states as eligible for bank payout, and notes that "non-US payouts may suffer some delays". Bank transfer carries a $10 minimum and a 2% processing fee. Crypto payouts in Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT or Solana carry the same $10 minimum and 2% fee. This was the list published on 6 August 2026 and it can change.
How does Tradeit.gg decide what my skin is worth?
Tradeit states that "our system autonomously determines all prices", weighing item type, condition, StatTrak, popularity and demand on trading platforms. It then adds that "we do not directly correlate our prices with those of other sites, including the Steam Market". The valuation you see is Tradeit's own, not a Steam Market quote, so compare against the market yourself before committing. If the bots already hold too many of an item it is marked overstock and will not be accepted until stock falls.
