HotPizza runs at hotpizza.gg, a React app that serves only a script shell to curl. Rendered in a browser on 14 September 2026, all four of its static pages opened: Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and FAQ.
The terms run to 2,858 words and carry no date. Their last lines name the operator: "Software Web Solutions LTD United Kingdom 14788291 71-75, Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London", with a support address and a London phone number.
The document has not been proofread in a while. Item 4 of its conduct list ends "used to provide the ServiAutomatic renewal every monthce", a pasted fragment sitting mid-word.
Companies House lists SOFTWARE WEB SOLUTIONS LTD as Active, a private limited company incorporated on 10 April 2023 at that address, with one director and three software SIC codes. So far, so ordinary.
The filing history holds three sets of accounts, for the years to 30 April 2024, 2025 and 2026. Each is filed as "Accounts for a dormant company".
The 2026 accounts state: "For the year ending 30 April 2026 the company was entitled to exemption under section 480 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to dormant companies." Net assets are 100 pounds, and the balance sheet line is "Called up share capital not paid 100".
The iXBRL version of the same document carries the tag uk-bus:EntityHasNeverTraded. Three confirmation statements, each "with no updates", complete the record.
GOV.UK's definition: a company "is called dormant by Companies House if it's had no 'significant' transactions in the financial year". The terms name it as the operator of a site whose own pages describe card, cryptocurrency and gift-card deposits. We cannot see the books, so we cannot say which entity actually receives the money. The filings and the terms do not describe the same business.
Two more dates sit oddly against the 2023 incorporation. The .gg registry shows hotpizza.gg registered on 3 October 2020 to a registrant named "SWS LTD", two and a half years before Software Web Solutions LTD existed. And 71-75 Shelton Street is the registered office of 76,789 active companies, by the Companies House advanced search on 14 September 2026.
We searched the terms, the privacy policy, the refund policy and the FAQ for a gambling licence, a licence number or a regulator. None appears in any of them.
The terms open in capitals with "AN AGREEMENT TO ARBITRATE" that requires "BINDING AND FINAL ARBITRATION". No arbitration body, rules or seat are named anywhere in the document. The only jurisdiction line reads: "All legal issues are considered according to the laws of the place of registration of the company UK."
The UK Gambling Commission's business register, which searches by business name, trading name and domain, returned "No results" for Software Web Solutions, for hotpizza and for SWS on 14 September 2026.
The privacy policy names its data controller as "hotpizza.gg", not a company, and is "Last updated: June 15, 2020". That is three and a half months before the domain was registered.

The UK Gambling Commission's business register returned no results for Software Web Solutions, for hotpizza and for SWS. The terms name no other regulator and no licence number.
The terms say "All outcomes are generated by our provably fair system and awarded as such." That clause is the only place on the site the phrase appears.
The site's own page index (api/pages) lists four static pages: tac, pp, faq and rp. There is no fairness page. The English interface file, 87 KB of UI strings, contains the word fair zero times and seed zero times.
What HotPizza does publish is odds. The case page for Monster "P", priced 0.20, prints a chance beside each of its 32 items, from 0.01% for a Navaja Doppler to 7% for several skins priced under 0.20. In the site's own data feed, the chance figures sum to 100 for every one of the 92 active cases.
Printed odds are a claim, not a proof. With no seed, no hash and no method published, a reader cannot check a single roll against them.

Deposits buy pizza points, "1$ = 1 pizza point", and the refund policy says the credits "are not worth real money and not subject to any refunds".
To withdraw a skin, the terms require a deposit first: "The withdraw of the skins will be available after you add to your balance the minimal amount $2 for one transaction". The FAQ repeats it.
The FAQ also sets a clock: "Skins are available to withdraw for 24 hours after winning." Items go out by Steam bot, and "the buyer must have Steam Guard activated for at least 15 days".
Skins cannot be sold back. The terms ban "Real-World Trading", and the company may "request any KYC documentation, restrict access and payments till the moment of sufficient identification". No payout time is published anywhere. We have not deposited or withdrawn on this site.
Outside reviewers say HotPizza is blocked in the United States and Great Britain and runs without a licence. The licence part holds. The geoblock did not, as far as we could test it.
The 2,858-word terms name no restricted country and no prohibited jurisdiction. From a Chicago, Illinois address on 14 September 2026, the homepage, every legal page and a case page loaded, with Steam, Discord, Twitch, X and Google login offered.
We did not log in or deposit, so we cannot say whether a US deposit goes through. We had no British address to test from, so the Great Britain claim stays unverified.
