People still search "csgoatse review" and "csgoatse.com", and Google still ranks a handful of old third-party writeups for it. The domain those searches are actually about does not run a gambling site any more.
We checked csgoatse.com directly. Its server answers every request with a 301 redirect to fuckmonarch.com. An independent domain-reputation report we opened separately confirms the same thing in its own words: "csgoatse.com REDIRECTS TO fuckmonarch.com."
fuckmonarch.com itself carries one line and nothing else: "csgoatse.com is now fuckmonarch.com." No games, no login, no branding, no gambling content of any kind. Whatever csgoatse.com used to be, it is not there.
What an unnamed operator means for a dispute
If a withdrawal goes wrong, a support ticket needs somewhere to escalate to: a company name, a jurisdiction, a licensing body. csgoatse.org's own terms give none of the three, which means a dispute here has nowhere to go beyond the site's own support form.
A separate, currently live domain, csgoatse.org, presents itself under the same brand. Its own title tag reads "Csgoatse – Official CS2 Website Worldwide," and its homepage offers roulette, crash, blackjack, a coin flip mode it calls ATSEFLIP, jackpot, case battles, an upgrader and case openings.
Nothing on csgoatse.org says it is the same operator as the original csgoatse.com. Its footer carries only "© 2026 csgoatse.org. All rights reserved," no company name, no registration number, no continuity statement of any kind.
We opened csgoatse.org's terms of service directly. They open with "These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Csgoatse, including any features, content, and account services offered through the platform. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the platform."
We searched the whole document for the words licence and license. Neither appears once. The closest clause to a grant of anything reads: "You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the platform for personal use consistent with these Terms." That is permission to use a website, not a gambling licence.
The terms also push the legal question back onto the visitor rather than answering it: "Availability of features and the legality of participation can vary by jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform is permitted where you are located and that you meet any applicable eligibility requirements." No document on the site states a withdrawal timeframe, a company name or a jurisdiction anywhere.
We also could not check the site's own history. The Internet Archive's availability index returns no snapshot at all for csgoatse.org, so there is no way to see how long it has existed under this name or what it looked like when it started. A companion post on this site found the same title template, "Official CS2 Website," on a different dead brand's replacement domain; we cannot say the two are run by the same people, only that the pattern repeats.
Trustpilot lists csgoatse.com, not csgoatse.org, at 3.1 out of 5 from 16 reviews. The page carries its own recency notice: "No recent history of asking for reviews. This company hasn't invited customers recently, so reviews may not be representative." The most recent review we could open is from 29 October 2022, rated four stars: "i won a awp dragonlore from Free daily coins. so I cant say this is a scam site. but its super laggy." That rating describes a site that, by our own check, no longer operates.
csgoatse.org names no operator and states no withdrawal timeframe, so there is nothing on its own pages to hold it to if a payout stalls.

Two things are certain: the domain that earned every search for CSGOAtse is gone, and the site now using its name will not say who runs it. Everything else, whether csgoatse.org is a genuine continuation or a fresh operator reusing a known name, stays open.
Domains do get renewed and terms do get rewritten. If either changes, treat the result as a new site rather than the one these old reviews describe, and read whatever terms load on the day you visit before depositing anything.

DaddySkins' footer, terms and refund policy name MIXABIT LTD, HE 470887, and the Cyprus register confirms it: a private company registered on 5 February 2025, Active, with no annual return on file yet. The domain dates from October 2016 and the footer claims 2016, so eight years of operation belong to someone the site does not name. No licence appears on any page; the privacy policy refers to "our gaming license" without naming one.
