Is CSGOAtse Legit? Its Own Domain Redirects Away
CSGOAtse.com, the domain behind every search for it, now redirects to an unrelated one-line page. A different site, csgoatse.org, has taken the name, but its own terms name no company at all.
CSFAIL's company number is real and its provably fair commitment reproduced on our machine. Its user agreement also contradicts itself two lines apart, names no licence in 2,522 words, and lets the operator check every withdrawal one at a time.
1 · Failed
A year to accept winnings in 8.1, an hour in 8.2
User Agreement 8.1 and 8.2, version 5 March 2025
2 · Caution
No gambling licence or regulator named anywhere
User Agreement, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Contacts, fairness pages
3 · Caution
Every withdrawal checked one at a time, at discretion
User Agreement 8.3 to 8.5
Both are adjacent clauses of CSFAIL's own live User Agreement, captured from cs.fail on 11 September 2026, highlighting ours. One gives a year, the next gives an hour, and the document does not say which governs.

Bar length is sectors times multiplier divided by 54, using the sector lists and multipliers printed on cs.fail/en/provably-fair/description on 11 September 2026. It is arithmetic on the operator's own page, not a measurement, and it says nothing about Double, whose published map no longer matches the live game.
Every date is taken from the document or index it describes. The archive and the copyright line agree on 2018; nothing we opened dates the fairness description, and its Double section is out of step with the game it describes.
Left is what CSFAIL's own pages or a public registry confirmed on 11 September 2026. Right is what no page we could open answers.
CS.FAIL is a single-page app, so a plain request returns an empty shell. Rendered in a browser on 11 September 2026, every page we asked for opened: the User Agreement, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy, the Contacts page and all three Provably Fair pages. That is rarer in this category than it should be.
The footer names the operator as "SOCIEDAD DE RESPONSABILIDAD LIMITADA: Company number 3-102-960346" at a San José, Costa Rica address. Read literally, that is a legal form and a number, not a name. So we asked Costa Rica's Ministry of Finance. Its public electronic-invoice registry returned the entity's registered name as "3-102-960346 SOCIEDAD DE RESPONSABILIDAD LIMITADA". The company is named after its own number, and that is how it appears at source.
The same registry lists its tax regime as "No tiene", no economic activity, and a status other than registered. We are reporting the record, not interpreting it. The same name, number and address appear on the homepage, the Contacts page, the User Agreement and the Privacy Policy.
The two captures at the top of this page are adjacent clauses of the same document, the User Agreement dated 5 March 2025. Clause 8.1 says inventory won in a game mode "can be accepted by the User into their Steam account within one year from the date it was received." Clause 8.2, the next line, says "If the inventory is not accepted within an hour, it is considered forfeited, and the awarded bonus points are credited to the User's account."
One year and one hour cannot both be the deadline. The document does not say which governs, and we are not guessing. A player who reads 8.1 and comes back the next day has, on 8.2's reading, already lost the item and been paid in site points instead.
Clauses 8.3 to 8.5 are less contradictory and more one-sided. The withdrawal limit "is considered on a case-by-case basis", every withdrawal "undergoes an individual check", a successful one "does not automatically confirm the validity of the next", and limits "may be changed by the Owner at their discretion" with "prior notice to the User about such changes" not required.
We searched the User Agreement's 2,522 words, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy, the Contacts page and the fairness pages for a gambling licence, a regulator or a licence number. There is none. The only licences in the agreement are the free licence to use the site and the "paid license to participate in game modes".
The agreement also contains no age requirement. The only age statement on the site is an "18+" badge in the footer, and the Privacy Policy's line that CSFAIL "may conduct security research in order to validate your identity, age". Liability is capped: "the Owner's liability is limited to the amount of 1,000 (one thousand) euros." Disputes go to "the court at the location of the Owner's registration", which its own pages put in Costa Rica.
The Privacy Policy describes the company as a data controller "in terms of the EU Regulation 2016/679", says personal data is stored "on Our servers at the United Kingdom", and was "originally created and published in September 2023". VPNs and proxies are prohibited outright, and the agreement lets the operator block an account "without explanation".
CSFAIL's Detailed Description page says each Wheel and Double round is decided by a SHA256 hash of the server seed plus the client seeds of the first three bettors, and that the server seed's hash is published before the round. We checked that claim on Wheel round 6070320, which the site's own verifier endpoint returned to us with its seeds. SHA256 of the server seed matched the published seed hash, and SHA256 of the server seed followed by the three client seeds matched the published round hash. Anyone can repeat both with the strings in our sources.
What we could not repeat is the last step. Under "The winning sector number is calculated using the players participating in the round according to the formula:" the page shows an empty code block, for Wheel and again for Double. Round 6070320 landed on sector 25, and nothing on the page lets a reader derive 25 from the hash.
Coverage is partial. The description covers Wheel and Double. The verifier offers Wheel, Double and Crazy Wheel. The sidebar lists eight modes, so Cases, Chicken Road, Crash, Defuse and Mines have no published fairness method at all. The page's pointer to outside checkers is "You can find them with a Google search."
The Double description names four colours including "Purple color (7x) - 2, 10". The live Double page on the same day offered three bets, Red x2, Green x14 and Black x2, and drew sectors 2 and 10 in the same dark shade as black. Whatever the reel pays on those two sectors now, the page describing it is out of date, so we publish no return figure for Double.
Wheel is different: its published map lists 54 sectors, 26 blue at 2x, 17 green at 3x, 10 purple at 4x and one gold at 35x, and the live page offers exactly those four multipliers. Those numbers give a return of 96.3 percent on blue, 94.4 on green, 74.1 on purple and 64.8 on gold, arithmetic anyone can check. The live page's last-100-rounds panel read 48, 33, 17 and 2 when we looked, against an expectation of 48, 31, 19 and 2 from the map. That is one snapshot, not a test.
Trustpilot's page for cs.fail showed a TrustScore of 2.9 from 222 reviews on 11 September 2026: 73 percent one-star, 18 percent five-star, and the rest in between. The profile was claimed in October 2020, the company "replied to 80% of negative reviews", and Trustpilot notes "no recent history of asking for reviews." The one-star reviews we read cluster on withdrawals stuck in processing and on multi-account bans at the moment of withdrawal. We report that as the shape of the complaints, not as fact.
Third-party reviews say CSFAIL has run since 2018. The footer's "© 2018–2026 CSFail" agrees, and the Internet Archive's index holds a capture of cs.fail from 5 August 2018, so we treat that one as confirmed. Third-party house edges and payout speeds are not repeated here. SkinsVault has not deposited on or withdrawn from CSFAIL and publishes no rating for it.
Every date is taken from the document or index it describes. The archive and the copyright line agree on 2018; nothing we opened dates the fairness description, and its Double section is out of step with the game it describes.
Confirmed from CSFAIL's own live pages and two outside registries on 11 September 2026: every document opened; the company number resolves at Costa Rica's Ministry of Finance to an entity named after that number; the User Agreement contradicts itself on the acceptance window; no licence, regulator or age clause appears in it; the seed commitment for one Wheel round reproduces exactly; the site has existed since at least August 2018.
Not confirmed: how a hash becomes a winning sector, because the formula blocks are empty; the odds on Double, because the description and the live game disagree; the fairness of five of eight modes, because nothing is published; and whether withdrawals arrive, because we have not tested this site and will not imply otherwise.
