Hellcase opens as a CS:GO case site, and the Curaçao gaming licence it still operates under has been held since launch. Most of the case sites we cover run without one at all.

A proprietary case opening algorithm with per-case odds displayed on-site. Not then and not now a publicly auditable SHA-256 seed system, which means individual spins cannot be independently verified. Ten years of operation does not change that.

Our verdict
Hellcase is one of the pioneers of CS2 case opening: live since 2016, licensed since launch, over 2 million registered users, and the only site in our spec sheets where PayPal and bank transfer appear next to cards, crypto and skins. If you want the case-site experience every CS2 player already recognises, this is the shopfront that has outlasted nearly all of its 2016-era rivals.
Read the age honestly, though. It certifies that the operation pays out and sticks around; it does not make the odds verifiable, and it does not earn a payout-speed claim from us, because we have not timed one. Players who rank provable fairness or measured withdrawal times first should weigh the sites at the top of our rankings instead.
